It is the athlete’s responsibility to know all aspects of the swim, bike and run courses. Once an athlete competes in the Professional/Elite category in the IRONMAN qualifying race series season, the athlete cannot compete in that year’s IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship as an age grouper.
