The Rose Garden neighborhood is beautiful, and it’s very easy to walk or bike around the area. There are some parts that feel very safe, and some others you might be a bit intimidated, however any crime reports in the area are not violent in nature.

Immediately after entering the gates, guests are met with a walled off carousel (inexplicably still closed at the end of May). Instead of being allowed to freely roam the wide open spaces near the entrance, guests are immediately forced down the most narrow pathway in the park, the Zoo in the Hollow.
